Here are our terms and policies, and we ask that you read them before making your purchase. By making a purchase through Pay Pal, Visa or MasterCard on this site, you agree to the terms herein, and to the terms set forth by Pay Pal, Visa or MasterCard.

Ordering & Shipping

All orders will be shipped from Sioux City, Iowa within 10 business days. Rush fabrication and delivery is available, in some cases, please contact us at prior to ordering.  For gift orders, a copy of the packing slip will be mailed to the billing address. All orders shipped within the United States will be shipped via US Mail.

All of our pieces are handcrafted when your order is placed, using only the highest quality materials. We make every effort to ensure the colors on the website closely reflect the actual pieces, however, due to the inherent nature of gemstones, slight variations in size and coloring will occur. The actual colors you see on your monitor may vary, and we cannot guarantee accuracy of your screen. We ask that you please keep these things in mind when ordering.

Privacy Policy

All information submitted to us via the circle jewelry website is kept confidential. None of this information is ever sold, or shared with anyone else.

We may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and promotions. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply e-mail us at and we will be happy to do so.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date received, for a prompt and courteous refund. We do require that you call us first for an RA number.

We will gladly take returns for most items, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders sales are final, and may not be returned, or exchanged. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. All returns must come back to us insured. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box. Circle Jewelry is not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is has some method of tracking.

Any items damaged via shipping will be replaced by us at no additional cost.

Repairs

Circle guarantees the quality of our jewelry for a period of 1 year. This includes normal wear and usage. Circle reserves the right to determine normal wear and usage. If your jewelry is in need of repair simply contact circle via e-mail at for shipping instructions.  When shipping the item to us, please send the receipt. If you need to obtain a copy of your receipt please email us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box.
