The circle studio is your full-service jewelry studio…we not only design and hand-craft our own original jewelry pieces, but we also repair and restore those you already own. Often all it takes is a careful polish, clean and steam and voila...that favorite piece is beautifully restored back to its original grandeur. If, however, restoration just won't suffice and you're in need of expert repair service such ring resizing, re-tipping of pendant or ring prongs, chain repair, stone resetting or whatever...no problem, we do it all at the circle studio. We have 50+ combined years of Master Goldsmith experience and we will not work on your piece until it has been thoroughly examined and we have discussed all the options and costs. You can ship us your item via US Mail Service insured, FedEx, or UPS and we will return it to you in like-new condition.

hot off the workbench: R01183

I've been working with this rich shade of green agate of late and I love it. It's a gemstone color that you don't often see, a touch lighter than emerald or jade with a translucent milky-moonstone quality that looks beautiful set in either frosted or high-polished sterling. Check out the marquise-shaped ring and many other green agate pieces from the earth collection.

spring & summer trunkshows

What could be more fun than picking through a huge pile of hand-crafted circle jewelry? We are now scheduling for our spring/summer 2008 season of in-home and in-store trunk shows.
Set a date and we will show up with…guess what? ...yes, a trunk-full of jewelry. Provide us with the appropriate space in your home or store and we will unpack, lay out and display a vast array of circle bracelets, earrings, rings, pins, pendants and necklaces.

If you are a gallery, jewelry store or boutique owner who would like to plan a show around a special promotion, such as a store anniversary, please contact us as soon as possible so we can secure the date. We have promotional posters to hang up in your store and we can also provide artwork or mailings if you wish to send flyers to your favorite customers. Finally, we will send a press release packet to the editor of your local paper informing him/her of the event (please note that it is at the discretion of the editor whether or not to print).

National Public Radio's fantastic All Songs Considered website always has something interesting going on, but they've outdone themselves with a new collection of concerts from Austin, Texas' famously-cool South by Southwest festival. what’s spinning: Vampire Weekend

It's been awhile since I've purchased any new tunes, but after hearing Vampire Weekend live on NPR's World Cafe I went ahead and made the plunge. What a fantastic debut...a little Talking Heads, a little Zumpano, maybe some Feelies and some choppy African Paul Simon Graceland-esque guitar and there you have it. It's been on heavy rotation in the circle studio ever since I received it on Saturday (I think I actually listened to it four times in a row yesterday...very infectious).

Thank you

What a fantastic Holiday season I had this year. Congratulations to all the guys who gave their brides-to-be Christmas Eve proposals while presenting them custom circle engagement rings...all received that very important "yes" in return by the way...(whew). And thank-you to all my other clients who kept me hopping the last month; I had a great time putting together all your holiday gifts. I'm so thankful that you all think of circle jewelry when you're purchasing a gift for a loved one and I try to convey that importance in every piece I make.

I'm taking a few days off, but I'll be back on January 3rd, 2008 with many new pieces for the new year. Look for a bunch of new frosted gold and diamond pieces that I cannot wait to show you all!
