A Serious Band!

image

My friend Amy had a great idea. She and her Mother had me set diamonds from an old, un-worn ring into new, custom made circle rings. This wide band is a combination of sterling silver and 14 karat gold.
Do you have diamonds or gemstones from unworn jewelry? Get them out of that drawer and give them a new life in a custom made, a-one-of-a-kind piece. Just e-mail me and we can discuss the possibilities:

Ready for a brawl

image
Just finished my fourth double-shank, sterling silver plate ring. This one is about to get diamonds sprinkled all over the plate, but it looks pretty cool like this with an industrial brushed finished.

Cool Idea

image

What a great idea. My friend Kim had a seriously dated (and unworn for probably 15 years) tennis bracelet and thought it would be nice to reset the diamonds into matching rings for herself and her three daughters. Check out these super cool bands!
It's a great idea to recycle unworn diamonds and gemstones (wasted in a drawer) and reset them into a brand new pieces. Do you have a great idea like Kim? Email us and we can discuss the possibilities:

repair, restore, recycle

Rather than purchasing a brand new piece of jewelry, a great way to go a little green is to restore a worn piece of jewelry that you already own. Go ahead, pull an item out of that scary little drawer filled with broken rings, twisted earrings and that sorry, tangled mess of necklaces that just keeps growing and growing. Often all it takes is a thorough clean, polish and steam and voila...that favorite piece is restored back to its original grandeur. If, however, restoration just won't suffice and you're in need of repair as such ring resizing, re-tipping of pendant or ring prongs, chain repair, stone resetting or whatever...no problem, we do it all at the circle studio.

But what if you own a piece of jewelry that is beyond repair or restoration (or carries with it a little un-wanted emotional baggage), try removing the stones and recycling them into a new piece. Perhaps the small diamonds from an unworn ring, say, would make nice earrings for your daughter, a center stone might even work in a pendant for your Mom or sister, or try resetting the diamonds from an impractically designed ring into a clean, modern band for yourself. The possibilities are endless, so if you have ideas for a piece of jewelry or perhaps you've seen an item right here on circlejewelry.com into which you'd like to incorporate your own stones, please let us know, we'd only be too happy to accommodate. Dig that jewelry out of that drawer and repair, restore or recycle; believe me...you'll love giving those forgotten jewelry pieces a new life.

definately one-of-a-kind!

image
I love to do custom pieces and here is a great one. I do a ring every year for my friend Melodi's cool goth daughter and she really let me "stretch my wings" with this one. I used a huge moon-cut piece of black onyx for the back-drop of the gliding bat. Bat and heavy band were all done in brushed and scratched sterling silver. If you have a great idea for a one of a kind piece (no matter how out there it may be), let me know. Wait until I post the spider ring!
